broken elevator dim lighting
the room had a good air conditioner, which i appreciated.
the elevator was broken . i had to walk up three flights of stairs every day, and it was inconvenient. the exit door leading outside had a strong carpet smell and very dim lighting.

slow elevator dirty bathroom
The location was acceptable. Nothing really stands out, which i guess is alright.
The elevator was acting up, it took forever to get to my floor. also, my room wasn't cleaned properly. I found some hairs in the bathroom. twice. i had to call housekeeping to reclean it, wasting my precious vacation time.

the front desk was super helpful. varun gave me an upgraded room with a private terrace. the pool was right next to my room. i also used the beach bags and bikes for free.
the shower design meant more water went on the floor. the water end up everywhere, i felt was bad desing.

my room was recently renovated and beautiful. the bed was comfortable too, i didn't want to leave it. the hotel provided beach bags to use, so that was a nice touch for beach days.

i received very great service. varun at the front desk exceeded my expectations. he walked me to my upgraded room, i felt welcome. the staff was attentive and friendly.

helpful staff rooftop pool quiet room
the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for local spots. i found the rooftop pool and bar enjoyable (especially the skyline views!). the room was quiet because it faced away from the road. i also appreciated how quiet the air conditioning was.
the pillows in the room were too soft for my personal preference.
